Requirements

• A passionate Senior UI/UX Designer with Visual Interaction Animation skills who has experience designing apps with a wide range of styles.
• A good knowledge of mobile app design with a keen focus on UI Transitions/Animations, User Experience.
• Proven experience with designing Mobile/Social apps from concept to launch.
• Ability to design usable interfaces that scale to multiple mobile screens.
• Have a solid understanding of iOS and Android UI conventions.
• Have an eye for detail that is specific, down to the pixel.
• Effectively manage a project from conception to completion in a timely manner.
• Have a keen eye for good products and an understanding of how new mobile technologies can improve user experience and app design.
• A strong communicator and team player who can collaborate with the engineering and product team and help ship product.

Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Our Mobile Engineer will design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable technologies across our client code on iOS/Android.
• Our Mobile Engineer will code and develop features such as UI Views, UI Animations, Interactions between UI screens and Transitions between screens.
• Promote code maintainability, extensibility, and reusability across all mobile devices.
• Enforce code quality through code reviews and unit tests.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product, graphics, and design teams to define our product.

Qualifications:

• Software Engineers that have the ability to solve complex problems with simple and optimal solutions.
• Strong coding abilities; writing clean, maintainable, bug-free code
• Engineers who have the ability to learn different technologies and programming languages quickly
• Mobile Engineers with experience in iOS development, Android development, web 2.0, start-up, or social/mobile applications a plus.
• Strong empathy for users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B.S. Computer Science or equivalent quantitative field preferred
